Hyundai Sundai happens every year regardless of a commitment from Hyundai Canada or its dealerships. Its the owners and the cars. You guys can meet where ever you chose. I know myself, along with the rest of the Old Skool guys will continue the tradition, whether its held at Hyundai HQ, or Hutch's on the beach. It not about who can throw the biggest bash, or give away the most free stuff. Its about reuniting a family. As nice as it was to have a big BBQ last year, it was nothing in comparison to the previous years that very few of you were part of. If the new guys here want to do your own thing, feel free to do so. As for guys like Jed, Mike, Sean and myself. We will do what we always did. I find it kind of sad that in what's supposed to be a tight knit community, instead of working together to create something great, someone has to come along and try and take all the credit for putting together their own event. Instead of offering up a suggestion. Just remember one thing...If it wasn't for the small group that were at Hyundai HQ in march 2007, you wouldn't have the same quality parts from Hyundai Performance, or the Accent SR, or the GTs of the Genesis. It was all the input of the Old School Hyundai enthusiasts that brought our wants to the table.

I think people are just getting antsy. There has been very little input from Mike and its now August. Doesn't matter to me if meet is held at Hyundai HQ or a random parking lot, it would just be nice to know that there is a plan in progress and maybe even get a date so myself and others can book the day off work.

thats my exact thing, i just want a date to get the time off. I've only been to only one Hyundai Sundai and it wasn't even with the car i wanted to be there with (damn Tiburon). But yea if it ends up just being like the small thing we had in Whitby then I'm all for it. I've met some great people from this site, some of which have become really good friends with. Hopefully we hear something
